How much does delivery cost to Ireland?

Delivery to Ireland is done through An Post and costs €9.

Shipping to the EU is based on An Post shipping rates, but is typically somewhere between €17-21.

Worldwide shipping is also available, but will vary depending on current shipping rates.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery in Ireland takes 1-2 working days. Where possible, on orders placed before 1:00 p.m., we strive to provide next day delivery. However, it can sometimes take 2 working days before you receive your package.

If you are an Irish customer and you need next-day delivery as an urgency, get in touch with us through our Contact Us page to arrange guaranteed delivery.

For UK and EU deliveries, it will usually take 1-2 weeks from the date of your purchase.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

Please note that it can take a few hours from receiving your tracking number to it becoming recognised by An Posts tracking system

Will there be duty or customs charges to be paid when my boots arrive?

For any customer in the EU or Ireland, there will be no charges to be paid on receipt of your boots.

The price you see on the website is the price you will pay.

For customers outside of the EU (including the U.K), you may be subject to customs charges. You can find more information on this by visiting the relevant website of your jurisdiction.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

First off, we apologise if your order is taking longer than expected.

If you’re still waiting on your delivery, please check your email and retrieve you individual tracking number.

Use the An Post Tracking Portal to check on the status of your delivery. If there appears to an issue, please get in touch with us and we will endeavor to get it resolved ASAP.

Can I return my boots if I’m not satisfied with them?

Our return policy makes a distinction between boots listed as ‘New Boots’ and those listed as ‘Used Boots’.

Our policy allows you to send back any unsatisfactory boots that were listed as ‘New Boots’ within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging and undamaged, and has not been worn. To initiate a return, please email However, please note that you are responsible for the postage costs associated with sending the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 2-3 working days. Please keep in mind that we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any damage that occurs to boots that have been worn.

As our ‘Used Boots’ comprises unique and vintage items that have been previously worn, we cannot assure the longevity or resilience of any of used products. Unfortunately, we can not stand over the longevity of the boots.

We take as many detailed photos of every part of the boot so that you can see exactly what you are buying and make and informed decision beforehand. If there is any other photos you would like to see, feel. free to reach out to us and request them.
